A double room with double bed, storage of a suitcase plus good shower. Comfy location to all the major shopping attractions in Osaka, good restaurants in the local area. Again, walking distance to Ajinokoji.

Let me break it down for you
Fantastic stay! The hotel features a great location just steps from Shin Osaka station. The very nice breakfast and friendly staff added to the experience. While the rooms may be compact, cleanliness and comfort are prioritized. Highly recommend for travelers seeking convenience!

The location was very convientent for Shin-Osaka station, however, there are better hotels in the same area for about the same price.
Our room was pretty beat up and not exactly clean. there were hairs all over the bathroom. The shower needed a really good scrub and was very small compared to other hotels in Japan. We were supposed to receive an upgraded room and it was worse/smaller than the standard rooms in similar places. Also- wifi was not available in the rooms.

Good price. The hotel is near to Shinkansen, JR, Shinosaka (subway) station. Some souvineir shops, restaurants near the Station. Room is clean and tidy. They can keep my baggage before I check in, and when I check out, they can also keep my baggage free of charge.

perfect base for exploring nearby parks and attractions
I had such a lovely time walking to the Eki Marche Shin-Osaka, only a 500-meter stroll away, and visiting the fine Floating Garden Observatory, just under 3 km from my room, making it super easy to explore the city at my pace.

It was close to the train station. The breakfast was plentiful with lots of variety.
Not the best hotel in the world. This was the 9th hotel we'd stayed in in Japan, and it was the worst. The staff were friendly enough but not overly helpful. The rooms stank of stale ashtrays, the walls were marked and dirty. The bed covers were stained and looked as though they hadn't been washed for months. I know rooms in Japan are small, but this was beyond small and yet the corridors were huge by comparison. It was also the noisiest, you could here the people next door and out in the corridors. Not a hotel I would recommend to anyone

This hotel is definitely a good deal and among the best available hotel near shin-osaka.
Generally I have no complaint with this hotel except for early check in part where I have place my request to have early in during my hotel reservation with no response from the hotel. Until the day I arrived, the hotel staff inform me that they will charge around 3000 yen for early check in at 11am.

Great location to Shinkanshen line, food and convenience stores.
Free wifi but inconvenient, only able to access designated areas yet no power supplier.

Large bed (1,60 by 2,00 m), airco, close to shin-Osaka. Everything expected was there.
Wifi only on the 4th floor (conference hall), extremely noisy outside when opening the window (overpassing airplanes, Shinkansen passing by, cars, etc). Far away from Nama and Umeda.

5 minutes walk from Shin Osaka station - we needed somewhere close by the station for a quick overnight stop in Osaka. Wifi available in public area on 2nd floor.
Room was tiny and en suite was like a caravan or train toilet. Carpet in room also not the cleanest. Location not fab for sightseeing or night life, suited us as needed to be near station for early start.
